Intern – Manual Tester (QA Intern)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Manual Testing Intern to test and improve our SaaS-based Logistics Management Platform – iLogitix. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in real-world product testing, SaaS workflows, and QA processes. You will work closely with the development and product team to: - Identify bugs and usability issues - Validate business workflows (Booking > Dispatch > Delivery > POD > Billing) - Test multi-tenant functionality - Ensure smooth performance of APIs and UI This is a great opportunity to understand how real SaaS products are built, tested, and deployed in production environments.

- Perform manual testing of iLogitix web application - Test complete logistics workflow: -- Booking creation -- Consignment management -- Branch transfers -- Delivery updates -- POD uploads -- Billing & invoice generation - Validate multi-tenant environment behavior - Execute test cases and prepare test reports - Identify UI/UX issues and usability gaps - Perform regression testing after feature updates - Test role-based access control and permission logic - Validate API responses using tools like Postman - Report bugs clearly with reproduction steps - Coordinate with developers for bug resolution - Maintain test documentation and test scenarios

- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts - Knowledge of SDLC & STLC basics - Understanding of Web Applications - Basic knowledge of: -- REST APIs -- Browser DevTools -- Postman (optional but preferred) - Understanding of databases (basic SQL knowledge preferred) - Strong attention to detail - Good logical and analytical thinking - Good written communication skills - Basic knowledge of SaaS applications is a plus - Interest in logistics domain or ERP systems is a bonus
